This page explains how WindowMD handles app data and connected service data in connection with the service.
This Privacy Policy describes how WindowMD collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our website, app, and related services. It applies to information you provide directly, information created while using the service, and any data connected through optional third-party integrations.
We may collect account and contact information, project names, property addresses, window and door measurements, specification details, uploaded photos, quote and pricing records, support communications, and technical usage information needed to operate and secure the app. If you authorize connected services, we may also access the specific data you permit that is needed for the feature you choose to use.
We use information to provide the service, create and manage projects, generate estimates and reports, improve workflow accuracy, support users, secure the app, and comply with legal obligations. If connected services are authorized, the related data is used only to provide the specific feature requested by the user and for no unrelated purpose.
If you connect third-party services, WindowMD will access, use, store, or share that connected data only as needed to provide the user-facing features you request. We do not sell connected service data. We do not use connected service data for advertising. We do not transfer connected service data to third parties except as necessary to provide the requested service, for security and legal compliance, or with your direction and consent.
We store data on secure systems used to operate the app and protect it through reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers who need it to operate or support the service. We retain data only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
We may share information with trusted service providers that help us host, secure, maintain, and support the app; with users or organizations you authorize; and when disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the service. We do not sell personal information or connected service data to data brokers or advertisers.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, subject to applicable law and operational requirements. If you have connected a Google account, you can revoke access through your Google account permissions at any time. Revoking access may disable related features until access is reauthorized.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how information or connected service data is handled, we will update this page and revise the effective date below. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means the updated policy will apply.
